Allow me to introduce myself. I am Detective Bethany Shaw of the Liberty Police, Inc.'s reserve precinct. Yesterday I was on a patrol in Texas, when I ran across one of your ships, notifiable by name, captain and ego, not only conversing with, but actively allying with forces of the Hellfire Legion. I'm bringing this to your attention, as it seems that your Captain Kalh has effectively gone off the deep end.

I hope this gives you clairvoyance into the situation that's brewing with Kalh.

In addition, I went ahead and scanned their vessels, them being his Osiris, an Interdictor and one of the Legion's disgraces to engineering. I've also logged the black-box from the encounter, so as to give you a good image of what he's been up to.
