And okey. Lets imagine the situation. 3 bounty hunters are fighting 2 Outcasts. Those 2 Outcasts have general bounty. Alright one guy names Mr.X Kills one outcast with the help of his friends Bounty hunters Mr.Y and Mr.Z. But the left one outcast kills all tree of them in the end of the fight.

ANd what you see later, that BH who lost the fight posts in eployment office, that he done a very good hard job. No matter that he LOST that bounty fight, he gets teh payment. I am all hand high that such behavior, then the battle is lost, no matter how much you killed, you wouldnt be allowed. Becouse its a bit noisense. What you think?

But the Hunter would've ejected with proof of his kill and claimed it when he got back to the station, so that he could muster up the money to re-buy his ship. I can't see anything wrong with it. The Hunter isn't "dead", he's merely lost his ship.

Lets say, the kill was confirmed, but still, this bounty was not profitable as the payment would be used for the repairs.

Claiming and paying bounties is already enough of a pain. It's practically impossible to determine if someone lost in a fight or lost their ship. The things is - bounties don't require the death of other players - just a kill message. Which isn't really a kill message, if you get my point, because pressing re-spawn means you come back. Now if everyone was prepared to at least re-name characters after a ship gets destroyed it might become a little more realistic.

But the point raised is a good one. Maybe for the sake of being good sports, we could allow people a chance to avoid getting kills claimed against them. But generally speaking I wouldn't apply this where the other side consciously attempts to fight unfair, by spamming capships against a few fighters or overwhelming the others in a way that is a little over the top. It is a game after all.

Having said that, I make a point to ss and report EVERY SINGLE fight I'm in, because of the risk of getting reported for PvP abuse that hangs opver the killing for cash business. That may be why people post evidence of kills in fights they lose, because they are proving that they are, in fact, playing by the rules.
