APM-Scorpio has been sanctioned due to a report posted February 7 on for :
Re-engaging after being destroyed.

5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not re-engage the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours.

Consequences :Loss of all credits and guns

5.12 Sanctions for violationg PvP rules include a credit/equipment fine (no less than 50 million credits), placing character inside the prison system, banning up to 7 days.

Comments / Instructions :Your remaining equipment could be sold for quick cash to start trading again. A trader can trade in the same system in which he was destroyed, but that does not mean he can come back and open fire on the pirates again just for kicks. If you think the odds are bad, then ask first and maybe they'll let you fight again.
