As you know, we have been struggling for a while now. We managed to evacuate our people with your help, and they are residing on Planet Jiangxi currently. As thankful as we are, this is not a situation that we want to keep going on forever, and I am sure some of our civillians think the same way. We are currently planning to establish a base within Corona, near the Ghost-Town Breach, and are wondering if your transporting divison would be willing to assist us, so that we can start building and improving the installation as fast as possible. A list of commodities and the requested amount will be sent if you are indeed willing to assist us, and the payment can be discussed over this channel as well.

Your desire to expand is nor only fully understandable but also finds absolute support within the Coalition. SCEC has been supporting you for quite a while and this deep sense of comradeship will not wither away. Therefore, I solemnly henceforth pledge ourselves to assist you in this task of erecting a new fortification. Given that SCEC is operating a few other outposts in the region, an efficient network of fortposts can be established.

Intentions be intentions, now I need to refer to my not very favourite part - bureaucracy. In SCEC the department in change of logistic support is State-owned Enterprise "Vektor". Thus, should you write the message with specific needs regarding the base - please, address the appropriate division. I would also advise to reach to Volgograd Industries of SCRA who are in charge of logistics in SCRA. Until then, you have my confidence in securing the spot for erecting the platform. Please, contact us if you need any engineering support, or SCRA if you need additional protection measures.
