[AoF][A]Silencer has been sanctioned owing to a a rule violation on 12th feb 09:
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remains in the system, but no more than 4 hours.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system without engaging. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Quote:6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.
Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to use Outcast ships and guns.
All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the course of a player - player combat
Consequences: Fined all guns and weapons, notifications in your hold.
Notes: Farming xeno pilots around ouray is all well and good. OORP chat is -not-... neither is being docked on the base belonging to those xenos you were farming. Then to shout 'lolol' in system chat, mocking people for their stupidity and advertising you were docked on said xeno base is really is step too far.
What really put the last nails in your coffin was that the three characters you did it to were admins.
This is your second sanction in two days. I suggest that you buck up your ideas matey, or you'll be really dumped in the.. well... You get the gist.
Ok,an unfortunate situation. As a leader of AoF i take this into consideration and shall consult with the command team. If i could get proof pmed to me id apreciate it. (I take it you have proof as u did say 3 admins were present.)
His two sanctions so far are either stupidity on his part or unlucky timing of unfortunate slip ups. On behalf of AoF command we will do our best to prevent another situation and work together to improve the players standards.
