Help me equip my Raven's Talon

I have recently purchased a Raven's Talon, and now I'm trying to outfit it to make it a fighter that can hold its own. I've been reading up on the Wikipedia site, and have come down on the ship I would now like to make it. I would like opinions, and help in locating some of the missing goods.

Guns:
Codename: GOLDEN BLADE x2 (location ???)
Purple Goddess Chain gun x2 (location Civilian ???)
Sunfrenzy 3 x2 (location Kusari ???)
Un-mounted: Sidewinder Missiles x2 (location ???)

Nuclear Mine (already acquired)

Enhanced Thrusters (location ???)

As for the Torpedo slot... I'm not sure what I should get? a Cruise Disruptor? a Mini-razor? A Sun Slayer?

This is just for your average merc. I'm not a pirate. This is mainly for exploring space and occasionally running some military missions for the houses.

Golden Blade is in a system off of Omicron Gamma (Omicron 94, I think) by the blue planet. Or contact an arms dealer, it'd be easier.

The Chainguns suck. Seriously. Don't.

For the Sunfrenzies, check Hiroshima (KNF Guard, be careful to run a few KNF missions first so they're neutral) which is off NT from the TL leading to the Honshu JG (I think). While you're there, you can get your enhanced thruster and a Train CD.

If you want a Mini Razor, you'll have to head to Gran Canaria off of Dublin (it's in the Omega 49 system).

GMG guns, I likes them, if you're doing missions for the GMG that is.

So what do I get instead of the Purple Goddess Chainguns? I got them because they have a high rate of fire, and a very low energy usage, so they would almost always be firing. So keeping that in mind, what do I replace them with?

And cruise disruptor or mini-razor? which should I get? Obviously if I don't get a cruise disruptor its going to be hard to chase people down. But the mini-razor packs a punch!

Train CDs also work to detonate explosives. I would suggest it over a Mini-Razor.

If you'd like low energy usage, I'd suggest Disinfectors to match your Sunfrenzies.

Class 10 Guns, Purple Goddess are class 10s, I would rather replace them with class 10s.

Chainguns actually use a LOT of energy. It seems like very little per shot, but factor in that it's 16.67 shots per second. The damage is a laugh, too.

I'd get a gun that actually works well with the codenames if you're going that route. Something with the same or comparable velocity, like Barragers (Junker) or Sunrails (Bretonia) or else those codes will miss.

You will have to choose between the CD and the Mini Razor. The Razor does pack a punch, but a skittish target will just laugh at you and leave. I personally keep a CD on my Bounty Hunter, letting my guns do the damage.


EDIT: Chainguns are weaker than most Class 9 guns.

Class 10 Chaingun:
90 hull damage * 16.67 refire = 1500.3 damage per second
34 energy * 16.67 = 566.78 energy used

Class 9 Barrager:
198 hull damage * 8.33 refire = 1649.34 damage per second
55 energy * 8.33 = 458.15 energy used


The Junkers' Barrager is one of the weaker guns, too.

Well, if you want level 10 guns, I'd check the Sirius Stock Exchange for a few Code Weapons. That's likely what you'll be equipping in this case, if you'd like level 10s.
