Overview:

Date: Sunday, September 30th 2018 - 18:15 UTC

Location: Lower E4 sector, Omicron Alpha

1. Human forces (Outcasts, Commune, Oracles, orange) will meet near Santa Verna.
   
2. Nomad forces (K'Hara, Wild/Aoi, Vagrants, pink) will meet at the Unstable Jump Hole.
   
3. Order/Corsair forces (light blue) will RV at Battleship Amenta in OmicronBeta, then fly to the event zone.

As the Spirits start moving towards Planet Malta, they are joined by a contingent of human followers from Santa Verna right after they exit Siniestre Cloud. However, by leaving the cloud's safety this makes them much easier targets for long-range detection. The Order and Corsair forces who were aware of the plans are nearby and ambush them before they reach Planet Malta's proximity.

Premise:

Acting as moderates, the leadership of the National Council spent considerable political capital to secure and justify the peace with the Order. Their actions worked for years and they forced the more radical elements of Malta's society to remain silent and act in the shadows, away from the public eye...

However the peace between the Outcasts and The Order has collapsed and the following military strikes of the Order deep within Omicron Alpha itself -- too close to Malta -- raised concerns even among the moderates. Simultaneously, in the fringes of Maltese society, The Commune rose and became a significant and influential player in Maltese politics.

With the vicious attacks by the Order, many Maltese now feel they have nothing to lose by embracing the spirits once again. They have called them to come once again in Omicron Alpha, requesting their forgiveness and support in the war against the Order.

Unknown to the Outcasts and the other Faithful, the meeting secretly scheduled near the Unknown Jump Hole in Omicron Alpha was uncovered by The Order who will naturally seek to disrupt it by any means necessary.

Rules:

If you're killed, you're out. No returning to the battle again.

2. No running away from the active battlezone.

Once you leave the fight you're forbidden from rejoining. That includes resupplying.

3. All loadouts allowed.

Self-explanatory.

4. No running into NPC battleships/asteroids or attempt planetdiving.

Events are made to be as fair as possible so do not leave the battlezone to hug asteroids or draw the fight into the sun intentionally.

5. Register to participate. Two Official Factions (Oracles, Commune) invoke their FR4 for this event.

Non registered ships will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to file a sanction report to those who ignore our request to leave. Registering helps us keep the fight fair and fun for everyone.

6. No NEMPs.
