To Whom It May Concern:

During operations in Liberty today, I came across a Separatist vessel broadcasting the identity "Alpha.9." I didn't catch the pilot's name, but they had some interesting assertions about the state of senior command within the Liberty Navy and the Liberty Security Force. Specifically, they indicated that some in power in those organizations are infected by Nomads.

They also said that your battle group leads the charge against these infected and suggested I communicate with you.

I may be a simple trader, but I'm involved with Liberty law enforcement enough that these things are important to me. I would request any evidence you have to support the accusations made by this pilot, and would offer a reward for such data - as long as its accuracy can be verified. Information is power. You have it, and I want it.
