Ryuu.Dono has been sanctioned for:

6.2 Out of Roleplay (OORP):
In-game tag seen before the name must match the ID as closely as possible. It is not allowed to have the tag
not match ID category. For example, it is prohibited to have 'Police' tag and 'Pirate' ID.

Equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible. For example, it is not allowed for Corsairs to
use Outcast ships and guns.

All reputations should be in accordance with the faction followed, all enemies must be red, at least during the
course of a player - player combat

Sitting outside Planet New Berlin, neutral to rather too many factions ... Order turrets on a Blood Dragon ship ?
Working with Corsairs on a very suspect bounty ?
Adds up to a drastic reputation change, the loss of those guns, and your cargo hold has being cleaned out.
Sanction note replaces the contents, and you have been fined.

I was here, i was the one who asked the Corsairs to give me a hand to take on this Arms.Dealer whatever name he have, because me and him have RP issue and wanted to make him regret. by RP issue i mean Me Him don't like each other, as our character

I went and asked the pirates for a hand, and wanted it to keep it secret so did'nt post a bounty as it was supposed to be a go and leave operation.

As for the Blood Dragon, he was in the plan too and i actually never tought about them and Corsairs beeing enemy, did't even reach my mind nor any of the corsairs or the Dragon himself... I guess it was an error from all of us.



Edit : The bounty you'r talking about is actually on that Weapon Store.

In addition to what Loyd already said, I would like to respond to the other accusations. First, the weapons store. Loyd had told me in-game that there was a valid bounty posted on the forums, and I had no reason to doubt that. I regret it if this was an error, and will not take any further bounties unless I PERSONALLY see it on the forums. Second, the rep. This character has never done any missions other than Blood Dragons, and has not even met many factions in the game. After creating this character, I flew from NY to Chugoku (the BD home system) in a Starflea, then proceeded to repfix the dragons and get one of their ships. If I am neutral to too many factions, it is because I have never had the opportunity to shoot at them. If you will notice, all factions that should be hostile to the dragons and have NPCs near Chugoku were red. Finally, the guns. The "Order Gunboat Turret MK.1" is sold at the home base of the Blood Dragons, and the Order is never marked as an enemy of the Blood Dragons on the wiki, so I had no reason to believe that I couldn't use them. I would like to know why I can't use a weapon that is sold at the home base of my NPC-affiliate faction, and both Blood Dragon Guard bases. Thank you for any information you can give me in reply.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I was wondering if I could get a response from the admins concerning my last post, I have waited a week with no reply. Also, I asked in this thread about which guns would be proper if Order is not allowed, and several people told me to use Kusari turrets or Secondary turrets. Both of these are manufactured by enemies of the Blood Dragons (Rheinland makes the secondary turrets) so not only would it be, in my opinion, OORP to use them, but I couldn't even buy them due to my hostile status with both of those faction. Could an admin, or at least a moderator, please respond? I am holding off on playing the character in question until this problem is resolved.

Well, it has been more than two weeks with no response, so I am going to do what the community said and get Kussari secondary GB turrets. If this is the wrong thing to do, please note that I have asked the community and admins, with no satisfactory response, and hopefully someone will tell me nicely if it's wrong rather than giving a sanction.
