I do not understand why all time come out lies about the HAF and prevents the HAF can defend. Not usually paranoid, but increasingly seems to be a conspiracy. I'll try to explain.

"The HAF has come to this server to invade." FALSE.
The HAF is an online community that was created 6 years ago. When I invaded Freelancer servers. Two years ago the HAF leave the Freelancer and go to play in others online gammers. Some old and new HAF warriors have returned now to Freelancer and select Disco to begin play in Freelancer. And ONLY our intention is create a Corsair faction, following all the rules of the server and the Corsairs themselves.

"The HAF is unaware of the role and/or the rules of the server." FALSE.
The HAF made mistakes when I come. I and old veterans in Disco server who entered in HAF work very hard to correct this. Nowadays, the HAF is fully aware of the roles and rules of the server. Eg I have chars in many areas of Sirius, including some in other factions and I like almost all the rest of the HAF.

"The HAF supports only Spanish-speaking players." FALSE.
In the HAF there are persons of countries of not Hispanic speech. This is a simple attempt to make us seem racist when we are not at.

"The HAF sends continues reports about other players." FALSE.
During the war that the three largest factions Corsair told the HAF (new and poorer faction) we noticed that continually send reports to administrators about the HAF for the slightest (and not slightest) mistakes. Because of this, the HAF did catch the other to show that not only acted the same, but worse. As a result, we are accused of creating low lvl players to kill others and to report them to us, this is not only false, this is absurd.

And to end, once we achieved our goal, namely to sign peace with the other corsairs and they can continue playing normally achieving (to create our faction and play in this greath server), they put us in the Bastille to the case of all these false accusations. That is incredible...

I request to stop this harassment and demolition against HAF, we are no more than a group of Freelancer fans who come here to play and enjoy as others. I acknowledge on behalf of HAF we started badly, but that is the past, the HAF is fully aware of the standards and variety of this server and still no problem.

I hope you understand everything i say here and stop this madness already. Thank you very much for reading this message.

Anyway, why would any group of gamers want to invade a server?
Is it like... funny? or something?
I don't believe freelancer is a game where you can do that and have fun.
It's not like that old baseball spot two street gangs fight for. I mean, it's only fun if there are players, and i don't think an invaded server would be that popular. And it's only fun when everybody is having fun, cause if not, they will get bored and disturb other's joy.
It's nonesense, never heard about something like invading mmorpg's servers.

Just for the record, i'm new in haf (HAF-Ged), and can't speak about the past, but I asure you, a server invasion is very far from the topics we discuss everyday. To be sincere, the top threads concern the peace treaty in gamma, our faction funds, and the thread destined to polish everything that's necessary to become an official faction. That is HAF's goal right now. We want to fit in the roleworld of discovery, and we are focusing all our energies in that. The peace treaty is about that, our fund contribution thread is about that, and the official faction construction thread is obviously about that.

Please understand that we do not want to start any server revolution or anything that has come across some people's heads. We just want to fit. We are now learning to do it.

Could you have your website translated into english? That might help with the accusations of being Spanish-speaking players only.

What exactly does invading a server involve? Sounds awesome.

The thing is, some people from Disco, traslated the private forum of HAF, but, they didn't notice there are exclusive sub forums in there, that only authorized people can read, what they read is about the old HAF.

Since HAF came to disco, to the point I left HAF a couple of weeks ago, we have been writing the history of HAF, and looking for dates, data, names, all we could use to macth it as close as possible to Disco timeline.

You say HAF came here to invade, and that's so wrong, and the main reason of that is a lot (or majority) of HAF's members are from disco.

There is no point to traslate the public part of forum, because there is no relevant information about Disco HAF in there. In the private sub forums, we have been writing in spanish and english as well.

One point I dont think anyone has brought up, and I hate to put it this way, but do we really need a 4th official Corsair faction? It would make it by far the most numerous faction in terms of player factions on the whole server.

Well, for a time the Outcasts had four (SOB, BLS, 101st, RoS), and if I ever actually drag myself back here full-time we might end up at that number again.

Considering the wide area Corsairs can operate in, I wouldn't think it'd be a problem as long as there wasn't too much overlap. The Southern Lights are the only Outcast faction working from Cape Wrath, and we almost never touch the Omicrons - I'd bet there's another equally unused region of Corsair ZoI that another faction could focus on.

I'm not exactly saying I think HAF should be the fourth official faction, as I think they have a lot of work ahead of them to get there, just that there's room for one if it's made to fit.

The only part of the Corsairs ZOI is O-47. I have suggested to many new Corsair groups to base out of Battleship Fez, because thats one place we dont have much presence. No one seems to want to do that.

I think it is time for another try of more diplomacy between HAF, OPG and the Corsairs.
Our enemy factions are growing, i see more Bounty 'Hunters and Outcasts + their allies.
I agree, often there are too many Corsairs at Crete at once, more ''bases'' is a good solution.

HAF might work I mean if they sort stuff out there is no real reason they shouldn't be able to fit in. I know personally from being one of the original formers of SOB, SOB started from a mix of a bunch of online friends that came from many other games, and we became known as one of the top 3 Outcast factions.
Which honestly In-game I am against you 100 % as being outcast, If yall don't make it that is one less enemy, and if you do make it that is one more faction I get to shoot at.:)

My suggestion would be to wait a good while on even trying to become official. The sooner you do it, the more likely it is to just be a re-hashing of the civil war but this time instead of in game, it would consist of a forum flame war.
