Everyone is aware of it by now. Southampton fell to the Gallic Royalists, Newcastle is cut off. In times like this, we wish to approach Bretonia's people again. We offered a hand in the past, we will do it again. Our mutual friendship shall stand.
We already have a small division of transport vessels designated to bring goods to Bretonia, things are more complicated now though. We are still willing to take the risk, adjusting our route through the Barrier Passage should reduce the risk to the lowest possible.
Let's get to the point. What goods are urgently required? The Golden Chrysanthemums would gladly assist the Queen and her people in this hard times, just tell us what is needed and we will see what we can do. I suppose with the GMG's occupation in the Sigmas, you slowly run a bit short on H-Fuel, hai? We can help out there already as a start. We have enough fuel sources to share considerable amounts with Bretonia.
