It has been noted today, on a routine patrol of the New London System, that your Space Station 'David Hale's House of Respite' is in breach of Subsections 5.2 - Registration Conditions for Bases and 5.4 - Base Operational Regulations of Section 5 of the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law.

You have chosen to build your Installation without first acquiring a Licence from her Majesty's Government to do so. You also did not acquire permission to build it next to the Planet New London Docking Ring. Therefore your Base is deemed ILLEGAL and is to be marked for deconstruction at the earliest possible convenience. If you wish to appeal this decision please reply here within the next 8 hours, explaining your reasons for ignoring the application process.
