Representatives,
I am speaking to you directly as a result of the situation at hand. The Bretonian's push against the Independent Miners Guild was one that simply could not be ignored by the Volksrevolution. While we understand your stance towards them and your situation is far different, we are still seeking your aid in the name of our partner ship and alliance against the other forces present.
The R.H.B-Kassel, once stationed in Niflheim, was sent to flank and destroy the H.M.S-Gwent, which it did. However, the Bretonians anticipated the attack; and while they could not stop the Gwent's destruction - the Kassel was still an open target.
As a result of the defensive effort the Kassel suffered heavy damage while other forces diverted to Aland shipyard, which has now been most publicly known. The Kassel is currently drifting about in Fólkvangr a bit from Ronneburg. Weakened from the effort and with no engine systems, the ship is obviously in need of a tow towards more secure space for the vessel to be repaired.
A trip to Jötunheimr would be dangerous, however if you can spare the space and provide support to the men and women aboard the vessel at Mykoliav or any other secure area - it would be more than sufficient and we would be in debt. First and foremost to prepare against a possible attack from the Corsairs, the vessels defensive systems and armor need to be repaired. A list of necessary supplies to ensure the ship's safety as it proceeds to be moved will arrive shortly should you agree to aid us. Others in the Volksrevolution's ring of allies will be included in this operation.
Signed, Generalmajor

Some workers of Volgograd heard of the intensity of the battle that took place , along with some images that were being spread around from those who new the ones who fought. It looked like one extremely fierce battle, but one well fought. I would give you congratulations but I sense urgency in your transmission, so I will save that for a more appropriate time.
Rest assured Volgograd Industrial will send it's convoys to assist you with anything you need, and we will send our escorts to aid any convoys to supply you. Simply let us know what it is you need, and we will deliver it to you with due haste.

**A very loud and drawn-out sigh prefaces the communique.**
I was hoping it wouldn't come to this, Generalmajor. But it seems things are progressing at a much more damning pace than I would have preferred.
Right.
I think you know well enough the extent of the Coalition's present diplomatic dabbling, and it is not something I would have liked to risk if I were able to avoid it entirely.
Alas.
Circumstances change, and bombshells like this make impact craters in the best plans. I look toward the future, but I must acknowledge the long standing past, too. The full economic and logistical power of Volgograd Industrial will be at your command, Generalmajor. Available transporters and freight-interdiction craft will be readied to see the Kassel to Mykolaiv for full repair and refit.
I took the liberty to inspect the ongoing situation myself, and da, it is not pretty. You should expect the first material deliveries from various VI operations to reach the Kassel post-haste. We will need to discuss the towing logistics at length, A.S.A.P.

Generalmajor,
We already transfered most of SCEC shipping assets to Volgograd Industrial, where they would serve as best as they could.
All our engineers, familiar with hessians technology, and "Moskva" maintenance crews, who know Jormungand design will assembled in teams, and will wait Kassel arrival, to start immediately repair.
SCEC could send shuttle with small engineering team on board of Kassel, to examine damages, and better prepare Mykolaiv for faster repair. As well, we still have heavy lifting platforms, along with repair ships, to provide on-field maintenance.

Representatives,
Your quick responses to the situation are all much appreciated by the Volksrevolution and myself personally. The men and women aboard the Kassel will be reassured, with the supplies delivered approaching well over the required amount, I believe it's time to talk about a strategy for towing the vessel out of Fólkvangr to more secure space. I am personally going to arrive on scene to oversee the escort, however I will need confirmation on towing units being dispatched to move the ship. I also need to know if you will have the vessel towed to New Moscow, or if we will have to move through Vanaheimr to Jötunheimr.

As I understand it, the Peoples' Industry had already prepared multiple heavy lifters at one point to tug Battleship Kassel out of its dangerous tactical position and into the relative safety of New Moscow. Should those arrangements somehow fall through, the Revolutionary Army will find a means to cover the deficit in required engine power and ships.
Given the current state of politics, Mykolaiv's drydocks might very well be the safest place for the Kassel at this time. Your positions are further away from the lines, but I don't think the Corsairs would leave such a juicy prize alone given half a chance. We need to get this operation done as quickly as possible.

Generalmajor,
Repair teams for RHB-Kassel assembled on Mykolaiv, and ready start repair as soon as it come. Next, we confirm arrival of heavy tugboats, and their docking with RHB-Kassel. Their crews ready to tow it to anywhere you'll say.
Premier,
Personnel share their worries about operation's smooth finishing. Analytics shows need in better securing of hessians battleship, to avoid any possible incidents.

Representatives,
It is settled then, the R.H.B-Kassel will be towed to Mykolaiv's drydocks for final repairs, any spare escorting assets that can be spared will be appreciated, I will arrive shortly, and then we will prepare the towing effort. They will not make it easy, I have summoned special units in place on the edge of the Hammen Hole to ensure this goes as smooth as possible. The only major obstacle otherwise, would be the asteroids, that is a topic I am preparing to address as we speak. I will inform you once I arrive on scene.
