Diplomacy was discarded during the writeup because it looked a bit lame. It is the same as of any Outcasts for now. It will be added to the information should the faction engage in a more unconventional for the outcasts diplomacy.

Good idea, thank you. Omicron Tau offers other mining spots as well (like the moon of Soledad and yet unsurveyed San Remo) so mining would definitely be of interest to us.
