2. What exactly are you requesting?
Battlegroup Harmony has finally gotten it's hands on the Hel cruiser it fought a war over, however unusable on the Harmony ID.
Intended request is for a Spec Ops ID so the ship can be used at 100% as a Harmony warship.
ID lines for the Spec Ops ID would match the Harmony ID.
In addition, if possible, the ability to swap the Repeaters for Cerberus guns at will without needing a request. Harmony's combat needs evolve rapidly and rely on modular combat capabilities. The rest of the weapons would be untouched.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
UN| Reichsadmiral Jennifer Engel, whom had previous made a deal with Harmony for the acquisition of a wrecked Liberty Cruiser for an operational Hel had contacted Jade Linford now that sufficient time following the war had passed. Offering her personal cruiser to Harmony to fulfill their end of the exchange, the half-operational Harmony Cruiser Jacksonville was handed over in exchange, Harmony now possesses the Hel at Marshall, undergoing repairs and mechanical improvements.
Now with the cruiser, and by extension the armaments it had come with, Harmony plans to get the ship up to operational status and deploy it for it's mission against the Liberty Navy. The vessel itself will be restricted to the three members of Harmony's HC. Myself, Skorak, and Spectre. If necessary it can be restricted to just me but my plan is for it to be accessable to Harmony's High Command.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
With the ship finally acquired, Harmony feels it'll give their meager fighting force an edge when encountering Liberty's cruisers, being able to outweigh them in a straight fight. It will also bring more flexable firepower to Harmony's mobile combat force, being a good balance in firepower and agility. For the time being this would serve Harmony's plans and operations for the foreseeable future.

Over the course of several months, Harmony had ordered and supplied the resources for the Unioners to build a Hel for them to bolster the Harmony fleet. After construction Harmony was denied and the two factions had gone to war. During this combat, an unknown agent, later to be Reichsadmiral of the UN| had struck a deal to get the Hel for Harmony in exchange for a wrecked Liberty Cruiser. With the war over and Harmony having suffered more losses, the decision was easy to turn over a wreck for a fully functional warship.
8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
The whole process to acquire the Hel is 10 months now. The character in charge (Jade Linford) has existed for almost 2? years now.
