We are looking to increase our presence supplying Bretonia on the war front. As a result we have decided we could use greater hauling power.

Greater amounts of Cargo around Sirius in order to aide those whom we already have contracts with.

Couple Months of Rp went into this, however the idea of Congress utilizing larger ships is not new I was the first leader to really act on it.
