I was wondering what is the best commodity to sell and trade. What do you think? Consider the price, the profit and the distance travel time. Post here

Ok,

1) anyone posting here needs to head their post with 'spoiler' in big letters and/or 'warning'.

2) why don't you ask people in-game,

3) personally I'm seriously tempted to just say go find out yourself...

4) igiss has balanced the trade routes now so yes, you might be getting alot of money, but you'll also be going through alot of pirate/nomad space to do so.

5) don't try taking on nomads, you'll get cheesed (just like getting creamed, execpt that it lasts alot longer and hurts more) by just four of them.

6) the player pirates are having a wonderful time hitting the high profit runs.

Markus, don't forget radiation zones, rocks, mines, more rocks, corsairs, even more rocks, some more corsairs and a little iced rocks

If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov
The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

Rice old boy ... Part of the game. The IND members have made an extraordinary effort,
something I am very proud of, to find new long, dangerous and very profitable routes.
They won't be giving them up easily. If they are willing to do so, I think you will find that
the profits of your first run will be sufficient to coax some action.
Say around 50 million should cover it ... Up front of course. Business as usual ...
