I am hereby informing all <RS> employees that the new Research and Development division has been established and all links to any research must be linked here with me. I will be running this division until such time that someone suitable can take over.
All new research needs authorisation from Mr Mayer or the Execution Board. Any research done without authorisation will be confiscated and dealt with accordingly.

Applications must be addressed to RS Executive Board for it to be reviewed. Once reviewed, you will be communicated that you allowed to proceed or that your application was denied.
