Change name and ID from BAF to NO. Note that the in-game changes have already been made as denial of the change will pretty much end the SRP anyway.

4. Why are these changes necessary?
Kevin Riley was dishonorably discharged from the BAF after being caught committing a war crime. He is to be sentenced to exile and will be returning to duty with the Fourth Octavarium Fleet.
