Which House is your favourite one?

Now I'm not talking about Omicrons and stuff where Core and others are located so seriously just Houses, LOL.

When I started playing Freelancer since then the House Kusari and Rheinland were the most fascinating for me, I love their soundtracks and atmosphere! Still today, both Houses are probably my favourite.

I ended up voting for Bretonia, but that only because of the sum of good things about it. The playerbase, the activity, the feels and Manchester as the system with the most detailed starsphere. And the fact that Bretonia is the only house that allows a certain foreign capital ship to traverse through it.

When it comes to lore and setting, I'd actually vote for Liberty, as libertonian planets seem to be the safest places in Sirius, in terms of war defenses. Criminality and corruption are on a different level, though.

Kusari and Rheinland have the most atmospheric soundtracks, but Rheinland has nothing else to offer than barely hospitable planets, while the kusarian planets are mostly covered by water - which makes the fact that Honshu's oceans were almost fished empty quite impressive. In terms of system design, Kusari is horrible, horribly empty and doesn't offer anything interesting to look at except Shikoku. Still better than Rheinland, though, with all the variations of vomit colors.

And then there is Gallia, which is only cool because of Lanakov and some infocards. And Lanakov.
