Docking modules re-enabled

@Invoker has been doing a lot of thinking and work and has come up with a new version of the mobiledock plugin that I'm hoping will not exhibit the infinite-jumping bug as previous versions did. We've done a lot of obvious tests but due to the nature of the bug and the lack of reproduction steps, it's hard to say for sure without trying it live. It is therefore now live on the server.

I do not believe any noticeable performance problem was observed during live server testing.

This is absolutely awesome.

It's been tried multiple times with no luck, and its possible that there will be problems again, but thank you for trying again to re-introduce this awesome feature.
