After establishing himself as a minor player in Manhattan's liason field for ore and raw material's destined to Liberty's markets from the Edge Worlds and Omegas, Estevan decided to delve into the arena of local freight handling where he has comfortably resided for the past three years.

Reason(s) for Construction: Given New York's unique location as the beating heart of the Sirian instellar marketplace and with a recent increase in owned capital the decision to construct a modular installation and expand from existing operations planetside to a key location not far off the trade routes to Manhattan has been made. The installation will serve as a secure drop off and pick up point for ores and minerals destined for Liberty's markets.
