Kempeitai owns Promotion Terminal to promote all agents who can get promoted to higher ranks and obtain more rights in this agency by showing their work to Kempeitai. This is an important symbol for agents through which they can get more motivation and strenght to continue serving this agency at full speed. There are varios ways through which agents can get a promotion, high council of this agency values every move that's been done to improve it in any way, executions, information gathering and many other. High Council of the Kempeitai are the only personnel that can make promotions to agents that deserve them through their reasonable hard-work. There are total of eleven ranks, each rank is unique in its own way. Higher rank an agent is, more rights it has - only three ranks are part of Kempeitai's high council and two of them are limited to one person.
