Couple of slight points/questions:-

1) why allow order ships?

2) if you want to RP as a player version of the NPC rogues why use weapons they don't?

3) NPC rogues only use freighters, so why allow transports and bigger?

Suggestions:-

Remove all the codename, particle, tachyon and shield buster weapon lists (the NPC's never use them).

Replace the transports etc, with the mule or the bactian (which is an improved version of the mule, it looks like one, it flies like one, it fights better and can carry more cargo) as the NPCs only use the mule.

Your only other problem is the gunboat weaponary, I can't remember if any rogue bases sell the basic gunboat or any better turrets.

You can't use the same weapons as the NPCs, because you can't mount fighter weapons on them now.

Otherwise it's a great idea and it's good too see one of the most overlooked pirate groups getting some attention.
