I must first appologies for this delayed response, we were undergoing some personel reorganisation as well as finishing up some prior contracts.
Having cleared out our immediate contracts, I would be more then happy to schedule a meeting either in person or via D.I.S.C.O.R.D. Protocol, whichever you prefer.
We have found some Geo-Magnetic Storms disrupting our connection with our Rheinlander friends and that makes us to do some fast changes!
We started building a massive Solar Shield in Omicron Delta, at our Installations we prepare some more cryo cameras as we extend researches!
We have few more projects, but for that later!
Now we urgently need some Argentium Silver (120 000), and we hope you can deliver it in Omicron Delta,
Our installations are ready and will meet your convoys if you decide to work with us!

Greetings Mr. Lopez,
We would be more then happy to begin deliveries immediately, I would only require some details to write up the contract to formalize:
1: Price of goods upon delivery of said goods
2: Specific goods required
3: Amount of Each goods required
Furthermore, I would like to add a small insurance policy due to how far from standard tradelanes this delivery location is. This is generally a coverage of around 1,750,000 SC per transport and 1,250,000 SC per escort to a max of 25 ships destroyed, and this policy only covers full destruction of ships. I understand if this goes beyond what was planned in your budget, we can work around other prices.
I await your reply in order to write up this contract,
We are happy to hear that you are willing to work with us, so here is the requested info:
We pay Argentium Silver 3000 s.c. per unit needed 100 000 pieces
we would like to receive some specific cargo from your homelands.
50 000 pieces of Magnetic Superconductor and we pay for it 4000 s.c per unit
also we pay 10 000 s.c for unit of Gravity Field Stabilizers and we need 20 000 pieces
Of course we will cover the insurance.
Lab Reactor Read and Lab Reactor Raid Installations - Sector F/2 - Omicron Delta will be aware for your arrival!
We hope to finish those asap and not the last, 300 000 units of Iridium ore waiting your pilots to grow massively their incomes.
As you can see, your pilots will be happy after all and we hope they will have a good stay with us!
p.s. Another thing ; We are always open for friendly opinion and suggestions for more options for the both parties!

You will find, attached below, the contract confirming and fomalizing the request you have made of us for deliveries, along with a completed list of agreed upon prices and required amounts. Take note however that Gravity Field Stabilizers have been adjusted to a request price of 40'000 S.C. due to them requiring a full 5 cargo spaces per unit to be transported
It has been agreed to that the following list of Materials have been formally requested to be delivered to Lab Reactor Read and Lab Reactor Raid Installations located at Map coordinates F/2 of the Omnicron Delta System.
