Paraskevola.Papadopolos has been sanctioned for:

4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered as ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
Leave the system the fight took place in for one hour. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for one hour.
Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for one hour.

Consequences:

What more can one say? The Rule above says it all.

Seeing as the Ship in question is light on credits, I removed them from another. Sanction Notice in offending Ship.

I know this string of events, and I never willingly returned to any of the systems I was killed in. The only time I was seen in a system I was pvpdead in was when I spawned in that system, which I promptly left. I never attacked any of the people that killed me in previous engagements, I only even acknowledged them after they acknowledged me. Even when passing someone in the system I was trying to leave, I messaged them saying that I was pvpdead.

I didn't break a single rule, unless suddenly spawning and promptly leaving a system you are dead in is sanctionable, in which case you should change the rule to "should log off for 1 hour". This is just a petty report from someone who thought it wasn't enough to murk me 3 times in a row (Something that I don't have anything against them for, since they were doing what they were supposed to)

This is the entire amount of time I spent in Omega-41 after respawning
