Sehr geehrter Großadmiral Wittgenstein,

Please accept my sincere apologies for the tardiness of my response. I have received word of changes happening within the Rheinwehr and the prospect of a new leadership fills me with hope, not just as a Generaldirektor of Daumann but mainly as a citizen of Rheinland.

I, therefore, agree that it would be a mistake to not supply the Rheinwehr Marinestreitkräfte. Please forward your military orders to our Construction division and we will proceed under the same terms as with your predecessors.

I would also like to ask the Rheinwehr for the permission to use 2 (two) "Oder"-class Gunboats. Our mining operations in Omegas have recently been target of several attacks, mainly by the Hessian plague, which threaten our supply chains and my Security division chief has begged me to request the permission to fly these magnificent vessels. Daumann can self-produce the gunboats at Oder Shipyard but we would offer the Rheinwehr Marinestreitkräfte 75.000.000 credits for the license and training of our pilots.

I'm glad you changed your mind about the strike. The cooperation between the Rheinwehr and Daumann is essential for the welfare of our nation. We also allow you to use two "Oder"-class gunboats as a sign of this cohesion.

With regard to the orders we place with you, we want to maintain the existing contracts between Daumann and the Rheinwehr for the time being. In case of additional requirements, we will, of course, contact you.
