Omicron Phi system wide notice:

WARNING Restricted area. It's unlawful to enter this area without the permission of IRMM Administration. Use of deadly force authorized.

§1 Individuals which are not of Maltese origin or are flying under a foreign IFF are prohibited from entering Omicron Phi, this includes Malta's most trusted allies unless a permission from IRMM Administration was granted prior to entering. Violation responses range between heavy monetary fines followed by escort out of Maltese space or destruction of the vessel together with the confiscation of black box flight recorders.

§2 Maltese Naval forces are by default authorized to enter.

§3 Engaging in suspicious activities against the IRMM or MNS personnel may result in eviction from the system.

§4 Maltese civilians should not leave the area of Bastia station, Corsica, Dreadnought Captana or the passage between the stations for more than 10K distance.

§5 Sharing photographs of any entities with unauthorized individuals is prohibited and punishable by military-court.

§6 Nomad ships expressing their wish to leave the system in a peaceful manner are authorized to do so while being escorted by the IRMM Personnel.

§7 IRMM Administration reserves the right to update the laws without a notice.
