LNS-Blue.Harris has been sanctioned for:

* Cruisers and Battleships may not attack transports unless in self defense.
4.2 Demands should be reasonable and only one monetary or cargo demand can be issued during each piracy interaction. Upon compliance with the demand, the demanding party must not interfere further during the same interaction, unless provoked.

Consequences:

I'm not sure if you have seen the new rule and seeing as you have deleted this ship and most of your other ships this'll serve as a warning instead. Capital Ships are no longer allowed to engage transports unless they are shot in self defense. Also 10 mill fine for an insult? That's a little over the top as well. Lastly make sure you write all of your messages in local chat. Unfortunately in one of the reports we had you sent very key message via PMs to someone else instead of in Local chat.
