To Whom it May Concern,

I am Lawrence Preston, a partner of the Independent Neuralnet Division. We operate as an independent section of Interspace Commerce with specialties in managing fund assets maintained by a particular clientele who seek alternatives to Interspace's core insurance financing. Such includes private-public partnerships, venture capital, and from time to time, limited insurance activities.

I have been informed the Confederacy has adopted a visa system for the regulation on non-citizen activites, and I write seeking preliminary approval of a B2 Visa for the Division and our assets through Interspace Commerce. We have taken advantage of your hospitality aboard Versailles several times and consider it a cornerstone of future cooperative business ventures. While the Division does not typically concern itself with logistics, we are involved in the movement of goods from time to time depending on our duties under certain contracts. Given what we would hope to be an extended presence in the Confederacy, I would request an extended or permanent corporate visa should such be offered by the Consulate.

Division assets would, of course, comply with all applicable Confederate laws, customs, and regulations. Should preliminary approval be accepted, I will forward a completed application to the Consulate. If I can provide any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours,

Lawrence Preston, Esquire

The Parisian Assembly

To Lawrence Preston.

Bonjour.

The Parisian Assembly apologizes for the delay in reply. Nevertheless, since you have not yet given up the idea of developing your activities in the Confederation, we send you this message.

At the moment, the Confederation is interested in developing trade relations with other Houses, so you can request a visa here: [OPEN]. However, please be aware that violating Confederate laws may result that the Parisian Assembly will terminating your visa.

It is also worth noting that due to the development of Interspace activity in the territory of the Confederation, the Parisian Assembly is ready to provide you with a permanent visa for commercial activities. But this will happen only when the visa has expired, and we will see the positive results of your activities.

Nathan de Montfort
Speaker of the Parisian Assembly
