§1 Individuals which are not of Maltese origin or are flying under a foreign IFF are prohibited from flying through the upper half of the system (A-H;1-4).

§2 Maltese friendly vessels may resupply and rearm aboard Venice Shipyard, Genoa Base, Planet Albegna and Alcara Shipping Depot utilizing the shortest route from the nearest docking point.

§3 Accessing Lorraine minefield to jump through the local jumphole is prohibited with the exception being Cardamine smugglers and Maltese Navy.

§4 Non-Maltese capital ships above-and-including Gunboat class are to be destroyed on sight or heavily fined and subsequently escorted out of Maltese space. Exceptions are to be communicated with the local Maltese garrison.

§5 IRMM Administration reserves the right to update the laws without a notice.
