Reason(s) for Construction: DSE) is no longer affiliated with Doe Industries, and the Space Port of the same name seems to have been abandoned by the former administrative team. It is beginning to fall into disrepair as the staff continues to disappear, and sections of the station begin to fail regular inspections. Thus, we are in the process of abandoning Doe Industries Space Port and are in need of a new base of operations for our salvage teams in the Pittsburgh debris field, as well as a central location to coordinate our security teams.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: As DSE) has financial ownership of the licensing for Doe Industries, we would like to request that the permanent license be transferred to our new installation. We are also willing to provide another 500.000.000 Sirius Credits to pay for any and all administrative fees that would be incurred.

With the addition of Chesterfield, we have been working to remove the scrap field, currently known as the Pitsburg Debris field.

System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately): Location, is 17k behind Norfolk Shipyard, location already known.

Reason(s) for Construction: x2 Weapons Platforms - We are looking to build defenses as our station is currently un-defended and out of the patrol area for lawful entities of Liberty. With a recent attack declaration from the Xenos, we see we need to bolster our defenses to put up with the riff-raff.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: Doing so will allow us to continue to operate safetly around Chesterfield and not require more intervention by the Police/Navy of Liberty.

I am contacting you today in regards to Chesterfield Station. As you are aware, the clean up efforts in New York have been all but successful. While we intend to leave behind a small fleet to continue on with this task, as a whole we would like to shift our focus back toward Texas as we had done before the war with Rheinland many years ago.

To be able to do this successfully, we will be requiring a Chesterfield Station to be relocated into Texas, specifically sector E6. We believe this location will be suitable for not only our operation, but it will also provide ease of access for any transports assisting in our efforts, as well as remaining close enough to existing infrastructure for support should it be required.

Before we begin the process of moving the station, I would like to ensure we have your consent for this, as it would require an update to our licensing being that the station will no longer be situated in New York.
