Guerdia, Merlin have been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 12/03/2009 for:

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Consequences:Fined all credits and guns

Notes: Guerdia, say something when you attack, Merlin say more than engaging please. It hurts when you don't.

Also Guerdia you need a Corsair Guard ID for that ship
