To all citizens of Kusari currently residing within Rheinland space, the Rheinland forces of both sides, the Gas Miner Guild and Kusari Keiretsu,

Following the recent events leading to a state crisis in Rheinland and the uprise of civil and military unrest and skirmishes throughout Rheinland, both in space and planetside, the Kusari Cabinet had an emergency meeting this day. As a result, all Kusari citizens currently in Rheinland space are hereby offered a quick and safe relocation back to Kusari. In order to make use of this offer, we pledge every citizen to keep the following steps in mind.

Code:

- Seek out your local Kusari embassy, commonly found throughout the populated Planets of Rheinland or at Bonn Station in the system of New Berlin. You will receive further instructions and direct aid there.

- Displaced Kusari citizen unable to reach the nearest embassy, may seek out one of the following organizations for assistance. Please be informed that only vessels belonging to the following organizations are considered as trustworthy for this relocation process, every other offers are to be declined and reported about to the Kusari law enforcement:

1. Kishiro Technologies
2. Samura Heavy Industries
3. Gas Miner Guild
4. Vessels belonging to Kusari's law enforcement.
5. Orbital Spa & Cruise (Baden-Baden and OS&C| ID code only)
6. Other trusted entities (Currently: None)

- All Kusari citizens will be ferried to Planet Honshu, there they will have the ability to travel across Kusari to their relatives or friends. Travel costs are paid for by the Kusari Government.

- The Office of the Imperial Shogunate for Kusari's law enforcement units. Citizens are to expect routine controls of the relocation transports, there is no need for panic.

Kusari Keiretsu, we hope to see our citizens receive assistance from you wherever possible. In the light of security concerns similar to those expressed by Kishiro Technologies in a recent statement, we also urge you to bring significant security forces with you. Should the need for more protection arise, we will aim to find a swift solution.

Rheinlanders, any threats or otherwise hostile actions towards any of our vessels assisting the relocation of Kusari citizen will not be tolerated, not by any Imperial Forces, not by any Federal Forces.
