I believe that there has been a misunderstanding, perhaps due to a lack of forthcoming on my part. I have been directed to apply for this license by the LSF, as they intend to contract me for research within the borders of the House of Liberty. In order to perform the requested research, I will need to possess small quantities of these restricted materials. I will possess them in quantities no greater than 30 standard cargo units of azurite gas, and no greater than 10 standard cargo units each of artifacts and xeno relics. They shall remain aboard my vessel at all times, unless the LSF requests that I drop them off at one of their research facilities.
