Basing on informations in our hands, the Naval Forces High Command formalize the following accusations against Shōi Ishimaru Kaito:
- 'Scuttling' Naval Forces property for personal purposes without authorization;
- 'Manomission' of embedded ship transponder for personal purposes from [KNF] to [_] without authorization.
Our operatives have also heard rumors regarding the possible defection of this offender to the Bretonia Armed Forces but
as they were not able to find any certain information we will refrain to formalize a third accusation and what may have followed.
