Requesting Reworked Logo for the Police Nationale

Our actual logo is a little bit outdated and we need a new one:


The "Police Royale"-lettering should get something new (suggestion welcome, i would thought Police Nationale) and the letters "GR" should be exchanged to PN.
Also the Fleur de lis is a litte bit outdated, an update to the actual colors (and maybe the form) of the actual Confederacy of Gallia is reqested.


I need the logo in two versions:
One (bigger)logo (about 350-500px hight and wide) and a smaller (and smore simple) one (about 20-40px hight and wide).
