Stuck in Ruiz

Well I had myself a fun little experience today. First time out with my brand new Salvager, and I decide to stop by Ruiz on the way to Omega-15. BAD IDEA...

So now I am stuck inside said base, and have tried the usual methods of removal to no avail.

Admin intervention would be very appreciated.
