It has come to our attention that your visa system does not include all of Liberty Corporations while we allow Core transports in Liberty free of charge. This appears to be inequality of sorts and we hope you can rectify it by adding all Liberty Corporations. It has come to our attention that your trade regulations do not include The Core or APM as entities allowed to transport Azurite Gas, despite the fact that our organization is the owner of the extraction sites and is the only one to engage in mining operations for the trading companies that bring it to Liberty.
This appears to be an inequality of sorts and we hope you can rectify it by giving The Core a special pass. It is unappropriated to expect the constant supply of said commodity if the supplier himself is considered a criminal for carrying his product.
In regards to your request - unfortunately The Core does not do trade with every organization in Sirius or has mutual agreements established, therefore there has never been a need to offer them a free permanent visa. As such there have never been any problems and the need for change was never raised.
Our organization is willing to do trade and our communication channels are open, therefore whoever wishes to engage in such matters with us are very welcome to. However, if you believe there are crucial factions that should be included in the default visa system because they are already in a trade agreement with The Core and we have omitted to add them, feel free to give me a list.
Please don't forget that the Omicrons are not a tourist attraction and we take security very seriously - both ours and our visitors.

We still hope that you will allow all Liberty corporations to enter your claimed systems without fear of being molested by overzealous and opportunistic members of your organisation. Independant and Unofficial employees are not usually engaged in trade activities that represent the interests of Official Corporations and are not susceptible to diplomatic repercussions in case of illegal endeavours, therefore a visa is required from them as a guarantee. In addition to that - ship designations can be easily reconfigured or modified to evade lawful actions against them if they manage to elude authorities or are let go with a warning when criminal offenses are committed, unlike an official organization whose name is permanently stained when an existing member causes a diplomatic incident.
However, the High Command is willing to achieve a compromise. If you grant the Core, AP Manufacturing and our independant and unofficial representatives a complete and limitless access to Alaska System (including a permission to transport Azurite Gas in this system), then we will allow your ships to pass freely through Omicron Rho, since it is what Permanent Visa grants - a complete and limitless access to our system.

Have you deliberated on our response? We still patiently await your reply. To stress one key detail: visas are not required by Liberty Corporations to trade within systems other than Omicron Rho. It is only Rho in which the Visas are required.

We have made our request known. If Liberty is offering such generous chances to trade with our house while your organisation is severely limiting it, we see it as major inequality that you ought to adjust on your end. Alaska is restricted system and we are unable to grant you absolute freedom to roam it as you see fit. At no point Core vessels were restricted from our major trade centers while Core chose to put arbitrary restrictions that requires disproportionate investment to be allowed to trade with peace of mind through Omicrons systems you claim to have under your control.

The Core offers similar chances to Liberty to trade within in its space, and major industrial and civilian areas, and providing them access to lucrative items such as Iridium and Azurite within our controlled space of Omicron Delta. Likewise, at no point were Liberty Corporations barred from conducting trade to those areas or it requiring a cost.
It is not systems, plural, that this Visa system is applied to, but rather just Omicron Rho, which we have insisted on securing from foreign entities due to the sensitive nature of the system and the work we conduct there - which can be potentially dangerous to the livelihood of our intellectual property, as well as civilian vessels themselves.
However, we would be willing to consider the removal of the Visa system for Omicron Rho for Liberty Corporations if a similar courtesy is extended for Alaska. After discussing things internally, this seems like a fair proposal in which both of our respective groups and governments get a deal of equal value.
