There aren't really, any.

K'Hara is just ancient Mesopotamian names, and Vagrants parody human names, as examples of what Official Factions do.

Just don't name your Nomad like... Harambe, or other meme names.

I mean you can get away with Nomad.1, an actual alien name, or weird human name like Armageddon or Prophet, names aren't the issue, it's roleplaying them properly that is the issue, which the official nomad factions have guides on somewhere.

A good way to find inspiration is to browse this Morrowind interactive navmap, because like the names K'Hara uses, Morrowind place names are inspired by ancient Mesopotamian names and mythology:

I just make up something that sounds like nomad
(Ai'nur)
Is just plain cool and ominous (Promethae)
And if you want something out there

Take an English name you want

Jump to Google translate
And switch between all sorts of languages until you get it sounding alien enough. Not many will know what that means but you will. You will!

My dessie is called Znysh'Chuvach
Which means Annihilator in Ukrainian

Greek gods for Vagrants, Sumerian for Nomads.
