From our Rogue friends I've heard that some merger happened and apparently Hellfire backed "Commonwealth" is no more. My sources are more or less reliable, but I thought that you still could confirm it, maybe provide me with a little bit more information.

Hellfire Legion backed government has turned their back on the Outcasts and Malta after using our help for a time. It was very disappointing and I hope that with you in charge the rational leadership is restored. Mind us having a little chat? I think we have a lot of common problems, and you will need some friends if you want to succeed in dealing with the Liberty Government and its Navy.

Yeah, I've heard about that deal with Toruella cartel, they have managed to sell something that did not even belong in the museum. And to be fair it's quite impressive that they have managed to use it at some capacity.

Now please accept my congratulations, as now you don't have to deal with this silly government and can command as you see fit. On Malta, Dons decide everything on their own and that's the mentality we generally appreciate. You know who takes responsibility, you know who you talking to, it's so much better than collective governments that they use to avoid responsibility.

Now since it appears that you have a hold on west independent worlds, it is very important that Cardamine highway stays intact. We have deployed considerable assets to secure the route in Taus and that route naturally leads to independent worlds. Our local allies make up for living from that trade so it would be a nice way to start with your forces not standing in its the way in any shape or form.

You surely would agree that dispersing efforts and fighting each other is at least not very wise. Our trade flowing is the crucial condition to begin our friendship, fleet admiral. We don't mind involving you into business too, the profits are insane and you would need funds, since this is promising to be a long war.

While I do accept your words for what they are, I would like to remind you that the Navy cannot just tolerate rampant use of cardamine within its ranks or on our soil. The situation we are-... were in caused a few outliers I would rathe not see increased.

But there is no use avoiding the topic that you already hinted at that we would rather share this supply corridor than fight over it.

I'm sure you have thought about details involving this already. For now, my forces received orders to stand down when encountering Outcast transports and their escorts even close to our space.

We have an understanding, very well. The region that you currently control is not having massive of a market, the target for most of our shipments are the main Liberty planets. I will trust you on word that our shipments are heading to core Liberty worlds.

Now it's in our common interests that Liberty Navy and their allies are not getting a chance to tight control over the independent worlds. We will not deploy massive force down to that theater in the near future, but nevertheless we could coordinate our efforts to strike on Navy and their friends. We have rich experience in how to strike efficiently, using the cover of the asteroid fields and so on and on. Naturally, your pilots could learn something from ours.

So am, what do you think about exchanging intel and coordinating some tactical strikes in independent worlds? I fell like it would make life easier for the both of us.

As you see so far none of your supply ships have been touched. Some Outcast combat ships though have been more trouble. Going as far as to attack my pilots in the field outright.

While I see that you can hardly control those... raiding parties, it did get us rethink what you intend to get out of this cooperation and certainly what we get in return. You offered parts of the profits for keeping the corridor open. At the same time we won't tolerate heavy raiding parties in our space proper and certainly not those working against us and our interests in Liberty.

So before we can work together on anything, our space needs to be secured and we need to be certain that the Outcasts are reliable.

I understand that you care for your reputation among the Liberty population and officers. Naturally not all our agreements need to be public. Common strikes may also look like a number of accidents.

As for liability, Outcasts usually listen to the most prominent families, I am a member of one of them. Outcasts usually have close ties as we have certain limits.

Before we proceed, I'd want to know what do you consider your space at the moment. As when it comes to cooperation with you I am mostly thinking of securing the independent worlds from Liberty Navy and their allies. In that case you get stronger foothold for stroger operations and we secure our traffic.

Insight on the structure of the Outcasts is appreciated yet I am left to wonder who is commanding these ships within Liberty then.

Regardless, our forces are securing the immediate regions of Vespucci and Kansas with patrols beginning to patrol Magellan and Inverness. While Liberty is our right we make no illusions that we can take them on right now. So consider this as our space held.

A foothold on the independent worlds is necessary for funding this operation in the long term. I expect this does not go against any treaties of the Outcasts.

Well, that was your answer, Libertorian. Some are under my command, some under command of the Imperial Coalition who are allied with my family. The others are independent families and cartels who are doing whatever they want. If other families do something that would not fall under our agreement you can deal with them in a way you see fit. I have to warn you that some of them are having big guns and that I will not be extremely happy if it will escalate down to actual firefights.

Oh and by the way, regarding independent worlds, what's your stance on Auxesia and the Order? They tend to be quite active in this area. If we are to come up with common position, it should involve all parties.

Independent forces of this size are always difficult to deal with. Is any unification already planned? No doubt uniting all forces would further the efficiency of your endeavours. Regardless, my forces will be informed about this state of affairs and will allow your cargo vessels and escorts passage through our territory. We'll treat those other units on a case by case basis. Warships within our territory require prior information and permission. Ships without authorization wihin Vespucci may be destroyed without notice.

Regarding your questions of the Order and Auxesia while my previous command held Auxesia in suspicion it appears that they were an ally to the previous holders of Vespucci. As such we'll see if working together will be benefitial. The Order on the other hand has so far produced nothing of value, ignored the threat within Liberty and then their independent units had the audacity to request support. They're of no interest to us and their proud heritage appears lost. Unlike our own.

Will this align with your own stance on these parties? If so I would like to proceed with definite plans.
