Why is it only available on Nomad/Wild bases? And what is the actual point to the commodity existing at all? Description makes it seem like something the Outcasts might use, yet none of their bases sell it, so I suppose they don't know how to distill it. Why include it as separate from regular Cardamine?

It'd be a good idea to have it on the bases that sell normal cardi, in my opinion, and perhaps have liquid cardi on semi-legal bases, as it is more 'discrete'.

Liquid cardamine is used in the transformation process when a human becomes a hybrid.

Well, I had been RPing the Consortium researching Cardamine as a weapon and fuel source. A sort of super-ethenol like substance. Liquid Cardamine would be quite useful for us in that regard, to the end of us going to great lengths to get it.

Yet more reason for RPing the stuff.

All that begins must end.

Consortium is "friendly" towards nomads right?

In the most cynical and evil way possible...

We take advantage of their activities against mutual foes, use them as a scapegoat for some of our own activities, and have managed to negotiate atleast a ceasefire on occasion by bribing Die Wilden with artifacts and pilots (though both parties know that neither is sincere). Ultimately, we profit from most of the Chaos they wreak.

However, if/when they start to screw with us or those under our protection, we hunt them down and ring the Cardi-laced juices out of their adorable little bodies...

All that begins must end.

Why does the infocard not suggest the rarity and 'special' uses for the stuff, instead mentioning how Outcasts like to carry it because it's more easily hidden than their breather masks?

Because what is written in descriptions is what Neural-Net interface provides you with (or sometimes your local solar database networks, i.e. per-faction stuff), in case of third person viewpoints which most commodities are written at. Rarely in first person as in what you, as a character, in general might know about it. But again, in general, as a character you don't know it's related to Nomads.
