It would seem that for well documented reasons on this forum that I am doomed to wandering the syrius sector on my own with just the occasional 'ahoy' in system chat to break the tedium. As such, I have considered creating a Zoner and spending most of my time away from the well populated areas of space. With this in mind I have a couple of questions with regards to zone actions and RP.
Firstly, as a zoner transport pilot etc it would obviously be normal procedure for me to be seen to supply Zoner bases/freeports throughout syrius with needed commodities. Does anyone have any suggestions on which of these routes would supply a profit and yet still fall within the bounds of zoner RP? I only ask as I have no wish to power up a separate uber trader just to keep my finances solvent.
Secondly, alien organisms, what is the most appropriate place to ship these after mining/collecting? I would assume ames research station. By most approriate I mean within the boundaries of Zoner RP. I could obviously ship them anywhere that pays if that was my only concern.
Well, that aside I would like to see the trading system tweaked to bring aboout zoner-friendly trade routes. At the moment I'm really struggling to find one that pays an ammount anywhere near what I consider acceptable (25-30 m/hour). My zoner trader is my main money machine and I would like to be able to make some serious cash without running house-routes all the time.

That and you may have to do some serious distance for the big dollar routes or plan your shorter routes that don't make as much so that you can pick up your next load at the same place you're dropping off.

I tweaked some prices specifically to establish some Zoner trade circuits with the latest release. Check the bottom of the "Faction Circuits" sheet in the Trade Routes thread linked in my signature. I have published 4 possible routes that exclusively conduct transactions at Zoner bases. These routes can be used as a basis for discovering even more Zoner routes.
