M8, what are puffing that you think everything in this mod which was mostly based on the vanilla concept is an import. Gallia is not an import, it's an original idea... well, as original as space france that somehow has a monarchal transition from current france can be. Bretonia with their angry scots and Irish drunks. Liberty with.... their.... stolen culture. Kusari with... swords. In SPACE! Rheinland with their civil disputes, bier and lager with their angry russian criminals and socialist parties.
I would highly advise against importing your faction lore, modus operandi naming conventions, character images and what not. Crayter Republic serving as the perfect catalyst to be used in my example, if you start as an import, people will forever hate you regardless of how far away from the original import you stray. They're having serious problems with that right now.
But since you responded in this way showing no regard for originality when BHG has pretty damn great lore to begin with, I'm gonna have to knock you down to a 0/10, would scroll right by you again.
To be fair I don't think the name being an import is a big issue. It's not very original for sure (although at the same time it's quite general) and would be better if they chose something else.
Though I have noticed that it looks like you've lifted and edited (parts of) the old BHG|Core writeup.

The trash talk a few weeks back was refreshing, but I was dissapointed with the lack of follow-up. I mean I may not be the most wanted pirate queen but at least a hit would have been nice...we're not amused. Try again.
I've had not a single inRP interaction worth mentioning with your faction, and twice someone wearing this tag (tried to) engaged based on IFF alone and with no RP (though even if it was based on ID, BHG ID doesn't allow you that either, considering this faction is not registered in any bounty board since last time i checked) and then disconnected in space.
Word of advice, whoever the HC may be, don't go giving away your tag and shareds to people that didn't even read the basic server rules and (apparently) don't know how scanning works, it'll give you more troubles than you have already, regarding being taken seriously by the rest of the community.
I'll abstain from filing a report this time, but please make sure these incidents do not repeat again.

I cannot speak about anything else you have mentioned above as I don't even have BHG ID'd character on the server (believe it or not), but you must've missed this particular line of text in the rules.
4.3 - All bounties must specify which characters, tags, or IDs are hired to claim a bounty before it can be collected. Characters with a Bounty Hunters Guild ID may claim on Police, Military, and Corporate bounty boards without registration unless the board specifically states otherwise.
