Your OSCN Article "First Community Culture Rally Established" drew my attention. Needless to say that races are a rare occasion nowadays, so I was quite intrigued. I have found out that one of the stages will take place between Freeports 9 and 11. After familiarizing myself with your Sponsorship options, I have presented them to our Parliament.

That is what we propose:

Parliament of Korsun City Wrote:
Korsun CS will fund the Stage 6 "Freeport Run" as a Stage Title Sponsor and will register pilot as a racer for Stage 1. Racer representing Korsun CS will be chosen via the local contest.

As Stage Sponsor, Korsun CS is obliged to:
Transfer 200.000.000 SC Sponsorship Fee to OS&C|Tierra_del_Fuego after both sides agree on the terms listed here. Additionally, Korsun CS will transfer 1.000.000 SC as Rally Racer Entry Fee for Stage 1

Provide free all-inclusive accommodation aboard the City-State for everyone involved in The Community Culture Rally for the duration of Stage 6

Provide access to Korsun long-range sensor array for OS&C staff for the duration of Stage 6

Grant docking rights for everyone involved in the Rally

Grant standard visitor-grade access to public facilities aboard CS (bio-dome districts, parks, shops, restaurants, etc)

Provide repairs, refueling, medical assistance, etc to all participants

In return we ask OS&C to:
Register Korsun CS as the official Stage 6 Title Sponsor

Register our pilot as a full-fledged racer for Stage 1

Provide active advertisement of Korsun CS citizenship and its benefits during Stage 6

Add our logo on the official Stage 6 banner

Provide information about participants of Stage 6

Provide a discount for any citizen of Korsun CS, who decides to book a vacation with OS&C

Mr. Tavr,

After review of your terms Orbital is pleased to Accept your proposition with some slight modifications. Orbital is willing to offer a 10% discount on Triton Expedition Vacation Packages however given the extreme distances involved with transportation for our charter services on the Edge we would be unable to offer a discount across all Orbital services.

Personally I have never be aboard one of those aw-inspiring large colony vessels! I look forward to the opportunity to see how you manage to keep everything running together. Do you think we could schedule some time to speak with your engineers regarding your water reclamation systems? Believe it or not some of our largest operation expenses come from treating waste water for customer consumption, just don't let that little secret out!

I am delighted to inform you that we agree to your modifications. Please, see attachments for the transaction details and racer entry form.

It was unfortunate to hear that you had to cancel the First Stage of Cultural Rally. Issues like that made us, Zoners, leave House Space for good. Make no mistake, we are eager to participate in Stage 2 instead.

On a brighter note, I can arrange a tour of our fully-automated water reclamation systems. Our engineers will not give away all the secrets, but you might find it quite useful, nevertheless.
