I'm surprised our paths have not crossed yet considering that the Liberty underworld seems to be rather fond of me lately. However, due to the Alliance's lack of bounty board I find it at least understandable. To be honest, a bounty claim is a much more potent conveyor of information that mere words.
However, I'm afraid that this time it's going to be necessary as, from one hearsay to another, I pieced together information of an old Hellfire base in the Sierra Field. And a little bird told me that the Xeno Alliance seem to have a stake in that place deeper than it would seem at first glance. Indeed, having visited the place in person, I should concur with your desire not to associate yourselves with such a dilapidated scrapyard.
Despite that, though, I think I might have some personal benefit in ensuring that the base in question remains in a relative shape and I'm sure you do too, for one reason or another. If I am close to the mark then it would only logically follow that the two of us make a closer acquaintance.
That's the place you're talking about. Our lack of a bounty board is owed to the fact that we do our own dirty work, we aren't the Hackers in need of hired help in a fight that's fairly personal. Nor are we the Rogues who'll roll over and sell out.
What you heard is true, the installation did belong to the Legion. But when their sham Government started issuing us threats that simply couldn't be tolerated, I lobbied for a forceful eviction. People got on board with the idea and anyone bearing loyalties to the orange star was slaughtered. None of us had any use to justify an occupation, so we handed it over to people who did under the condition that we'd maintain access to it. A fairly simple arrangement.
We don't run the place, but we have an understanding with the people who do and you don't need my permission to make use of it. With that being the case, it seems like all you really want is a meeting in person. I don't sit down to chat with merc types very often, if I can help it. But let's say I do humor you.

Despite all the advancements in remote communication over the centuries, one cannot really replace the face-to-face meeting. And the quicker that comes in one's acquaintance, the quicker one tends to make progress in what one actually wants to accomplish.
So, since we were talking about Fontana, how about we exchange a few words in person here as well. You might want to bring your own drink, though. From what I saw, what comes out of the tap here deserves the label "rat poison" far more than "ale".
I'll make myself available since you're insisting that we do this in person, but I'm giving you a twenty-four hour window to work with and no more than that. I like to minimize my exposure to all the rabble that's bound to be crawling around.
