Bug: LWB guns have a 75% technerf when using Pirate ID

It appears that the former LWB and now so called "Black Market" guns (Eliminator, Destroyer) have a 75% technerf on ships equipped with a pirate ID.
In contrast, the Sichel LWB VHF has a 90% technerf. I believe this is an oversight and the guns should also be at 90%.
