Jonathan Seabourne here, chairman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I was admiring Antibes the other day and thought to myself how much of a headache it must be for IDF to keep her running at its famously high standards all the way out in Provence. For Orbital, we live and breathe hospitality, and so we find joy in putting in those long hours and flying those endless routes while dealing with the eccentric personalities along for the ride. As a shipping company, I get the vibe that many of your people (while completely professional and competent) do not get the same joie de vivre from meeting the unique challenges of the tourism industry.
So, I thought; why not let us do best what we each do best? You've known for a long time that we're interested in purchasing Antibes to extend our network into Gallic space. Consider this a signal that we are open to a deal that gives IDF exclusive shipping and supply rights to Antibes, everything other than passengers. I know the Confederation is currently very busy, If you're selling, Orbital is interested in buying and freeing you from those last remaining burdens of your old Solar acquisitions.

Jonathan Seabourne
