Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

It has been a long time since the Bretonian Merchant Navy has flown in your space. We'd like to formally ask for permission to travel Libertonian space with our convoys consisting of a transport-fleet, escorted by a fighter-wing and sometimes a few Gunboats once again. These escorts sadly are necessary to protect the, to Bretonia's rebuilding effort, important commodities. Even though our transports themselfs are quite capable, hostilities with splinter Gallic Forces and several Pirategroups have increased and no matter how capable the transport or its pilot, it is no warship.
