  Sirs,
  In our ongoing search and rescue operations, centered in and around the Leeds system, we have been fortunate to rescue a number of your pilots and/or crew. We have currently 34 BAF pilots and 19 Bretonian civilians in our Medical facility located besides Planet Leeds who need to be repatriated.
  
  May we have permission to transport them to a facility of your choosing? They are stable and have progressed to the point of being able to be repatriated. Some will require more treatment, whilst the rest are ready to be repatriated with their loved ones. All will require further medical and, perhaps, psychological rehabilitation.

Thank you for informing us of these pilots, both BAF and Civilian. I must say we are very appreciative of the effort you and your rescue teams have been doing.

If you could kindly see them ambulanced to the BPA on Planet New London we will be able to process them and take them the next stage whether further rehab, or repatriation with loved ones. We will transfer all BAF pilots to their Base Hospitals once processed.

We would ask that a full report on each one's condition and treatment given be made available to our hospital staff on arrival.
